The Challenge

Most, not all, people seem to only care completely when they are afflicted or affected. That’s not saying they aren’t concerned to some degree, but truly caring to the point where action is necessary seems to slip by most.

The challenge: Care about something seemingly menial for a month. Twice a week, spend 10 minutes reflecting on what has changed, if anything has. An example, caring about waking up without hitting the snooze.
